The tech was impressive. The architecture was solid. The complexity was completely unnecessary.

“What’s the simplest version that solves the problem?”
Not:
“What’s the most advanced version I could build?”
Good development isn’t about using the most technology. It’s about choosing the right technology for the problem.
Simple solutions are often easier to launch, maintain, scale, and improve.
