Build a closed-loop AI system that continuously monitors, diagnoses, fixes, and measures:
Continuous Live Monitoring:
• Always-on funnel scanning for statistically meaningful drops and behavioral struggle
signals (rage clicks, repeated attempts, hesitation, abandonment)
• Issue clustering by type: validation errors, API failures, confusing flows, trust/friction
moments
• Anomaly alerting when conversion rates drop on any monitored flow
AI-Powered Diagnosis:
• Root cause analysis: go beyond “where” to “why” — cluster similar sessions, identify
likely causes, pinpoint specific elements
• Cross-device and cross-region comparison to catch locale- or device-specific issues
• Cohort comparison: why do converters behave differently from drop-offs?
