This case study was created as part of my application for the Executive Assistant role at Atlas Assistants. It showcases my strengths in executive-level support, including calendar management, task prioritization, and professional communication. The project involved creating a detailed itinerary for a CEO’s business trip to Washington, DC, organized through Google Sheets with dedicated tabs for trip overview, reservations, travel research, task lists, and expenses. I also prepared Start of Day and End of Day reports, demonstrating clear and organized daily planning.
In addition to itinerary planning, I was tasked with drafting professional email responses and prioritizing executive tasks—skills essential for effective support in fast-paced environments. This project reflects my ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail, strategic thinking, and efficient use of digital tools like Notion and Google Workspace.
