More leads don’t always mean better leads.
One of the biggest problems I see in B2B prospecting is treating a contact list like a numbers game.
A good prospect list should answer four questions:
1. Right company Does the company actually match the ICP?
2. Right person Is this the decision-maker who matters?
3. Right contact Is the business information accurate and verified?
4. Right context Is there enough research to make the prospect useful for outreach?
For the projects I work on, I focus on manual research, company qualification, decision-maker research, and verified business data rather than simply adding more names to a spreadsheet.
Better research. Better prospects. Better conversations.
Let’s connect.
