One of the most valuable things I learned from my business coach was the importance of a post-project client interview. It had never occurred to me to do that, I had just been asking for reviews 🤦‍♀️
With a client interview, you can really get to the bottom of:
→ the PROBLEM they were facing
→ what PAIN that was causing them
→ what they were AFRAID of before committing
→ how they've BENEFITED from the solution
Record the conversation, and you've got a boatload of new and authentic content that will actually resonate with your ideal clients.
