Spent the last 2 years freelancing after 8 years scaling a dog training business that grew through content and brand (turns out both are about feedback loops, sequencing, and respecting capacity).

This year I'm looking for more collaborative work, whether that's joining a team or partnering with studios on complex projects. Ready to focus on impact and craft, not just invoices.
