I know its hard since we all start doing everything ourselves, but it comes to a point if you want to scale and have a life that you simply can't. Besides, you probably are not great at a lot of these things you're trying to do. So do yourself a favor and outsource these to people that are actually good at them. Like bookeeping for example, no way in hell I'm doing that!

It's hard at the beginning but I promise its so much worth it!
