Manifest Construction works with a lot of homeowners who aren't in Florida full time, snowbirds, absentee owners, people managing a second property from out of state. The site needed to speak directly to that, showing how the company handles a remodel when the client can't be on site to watch it happen. I designed and built the entire website in WordPress with Elementor.

What I did: I designed the homepage around that "even while you're away" message, with a hero section, trust badges for licensing, permit turnaround, and financing, and a "What We Build In Florida" gallery covering kitchens, bathrooms, full home remodels, feature walls, custom bars and outdoor kitchens, and new construction.

I built a dedicated section addressing absentee homeowners directly, explaining how the company keeps them in the loop from anywhere, along with a section on 3D renderings so clients can see the finished space before construction even starts. I also built a Recent Projects section with a before and after image slider, filterable by project type, along with a customer reviews section pulling in real client testimonials.

On top of the core pages, I set up a financing section built around their LYON Financial partnership, a closing call to action section, and the full site footer and navigation. Since the brand relies on a specific navy, gold, cream, and sage palette with Fraunces serif and Inter sans fonts, I made sure that visual system stayed consistent across every section and page, not just the homepage.
