Looking for Consultant/Founding Member- Investor Relations & Fundraising (Fractional / Advisory / Equity-Based)
Location: Remote (Global)- US start-up experience
Company: AmitaSoft LLC
AmitaSoft is building AI-powered platforms for financial and personal document intelligence. As we prepare for our next phase of growth, we're looking for an experienced Investor Relations & Fundraising professional to help us raise our pre-seed round.
What You'll Do
• Develop and execute our fundraising strategy.
• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with angel investors, family offices, and venture capital firms.
• Lead investor outreach and coordinate meetings.
• Refine our pitch deck, financial model, and data room.
• Support due diligence and investment negotiations.
• Help us successfully close our funding round.
What We're Looking For
• Experience raising capital for US startups (Pre-Seed, Seed, or Series A).
• Strong network of investors, VCs, angel investors, and family offices.
• Background in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, or Startup Fundraising.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in SaaS, AI, FinTech, or B2B technology is highly preferred.
Compensation
This is not a traditional salaried position. We are looking for someone who believes in building alongside us.
