Shift — An interface that adapts to emotional capacity
This prototype explores an adaptive interaction model where:
• Structure changes based on emotional state • Visual tone shifts with cognitive load • Interaction density scales with capacity
Three modes:
Tired — minimal UI, single low-pressure input Focus — structured breakdown with intentional hierarchy Inspired — expressive, non-linear idea capture
The core interaction is a circular drag-based selector with live visual feedback before confirmation — reinforcing conscious mode selection.
Shift isn’t about doing more. It’s about designing for how humans actually fluctuate.
