ToolMark – Automation Platform for TCG Sellers
Overview ToolMark is a SaaS platform developed in-house to automate and simplify the day-to-day operations of trading card game sellers. It connects Cardmarket with leading shipping, invoicing, and bookkeeping tools such as Lexoffice, Sendcloud etc. The goal was to eliminate repetitive manual work and make a reliable automation available to the cardmarket community.
Challenges:
Unifying several third-party APIs with different data structures and authentication models.
Maintaining synchronization accuracy across invoices, shipments, and orders to ensure EU VAT compliance.
Managing API rate limits and ensuring data consistency even under heavy transaction loads.
Delivery & Impact ToolMark is now used daily in our own TCG operations and by over 1022+ other professional sellers.
