What if your "About the team" page felt more like a game than a page?
Most agency websites treat the team section as an afterthought — a grid of headshots, a job title, maybe a one-line bio nobody reads. We wanted TXM's team page to be the part people actually remember.
So instead of a static grid, our team profiles live inside an interactive 3D sphere 🪐 — each teammate orbits around the screen as you scroll, catching light, rotating in space. Double-click on anyone and their card opens up into a full profile: name, role, and a way to connect, right where you found them.
It's a small detail in the grand scheme of the site, but it changes how the whole page feels. Instead of scrolling past your team, you're exploring it.
The rest of the site follows the same philosophy — nothing static if it can move with intent. Scroll-triggered animations drive the hero section, the services breakdown, and the process timeline, so the page reveals itself in motion rather than dumping everything on load.
Everything here is fully hand-coded — no AI builder, no template. Built with Next.js for performance, Tailwind for the design system, and custom scroll-based animation logic layered on top.
Features:
Interactive 3D orbiting team profiles — double-click to explore
Scroll-triggered animations across hero, services, and process sections
Fully responsive, optimized for Core Web Vitals
Clean, conversion-focused layout for client acquisition
Built fully hand-coded with Next.js + Tailwind, zero AI builder shortcuts
