The Best AI Results Start Before the Prompt
After incorporating Codex and Claude Code into our workflow, one lesson became clear:
AI performs best when the task is clearly defined.
Broad instructions produce broad solutions. Relevant context, explicit constraints, and measurable acceptance criteria produce more reliable work.
At Luvion, we follow four principles:
Context — Provide the information required to understand the problem.
Review — Treat every AI contribution as work that requires human judgment.
Test — Verify behavior before considering a task complete.
Protect — Never expose credentials or sensitive customer information.
The advantage is not autonomous coding.
It is a tighter feedback loop between planning, implementation, testing, and documentation.
Where has AI created the most practical value in your workflow?
Most AI projects do not fail because the model is not smart enough.

The better question is:
"What workflow are we trying to automate, improve, or scale?"

When I build AI-powered apps, automations, or Webflow-integrated tools, I usually focus on three things before writing the actual solution:
Clear inputs
What data, context, or user action should trigger the workflow?
Clear acceptance criteria
What does a correct result look like?
Clear verification
How do we check the output before it reaches the user or customer?
Without these three pieces, AI projects become unpredictable and expensive.
With them, AI becomes much more practical:
