Built an AI-powered customer support chatbot for Fontty Games from the ground up.
Designed the system prompt architecture, intent scoping, and structured JSON output pipeline using the DeepSeek API. The assistant — Sir Alfonzo Quareno IV — handles game inquiries across three titles and escalates flagged cases (refunds, bug reports, collabs, and more) by collecting user data conversationally and logging it automatically to Google Sheets via a custom Apps Script webhook🔥.
Key engineering decisions:
Structured JSON output enforced via response_format to guarantee parseable replies
Stateless service with conversation history managed per session on the frontend
Escalation logic driven entirely by model output — no hardcoded UI triggers
Prompt designed to resist persona attacks, scope creep, and language confusion
Built on Blazor Server with MudBlazor for the frontend.

AI voice bot platform that sounded almost like a human? We recently worked with one.
And that what was exactly the problem.
The product already existed.
The technology was strong.
But behind the scenes — things were fragile.
The client came to us with a clear challenge:
– the platform needed constant support and stability
– voice interactions had to feel truly natural
– infrastructure had to handle real-time calls without failure

Even a small delay or unnatural response breaks trust instantly.
The goal wasn't to “build something new.”
It was to make what already exists… actually work at scale.
So we focused on three things:
• stabilizing and supporting the platform infrastructure
• improving the AI voice interaction quality
• ensuring seamless call handling — both inbound and outbound
We worked across the full stack — from backend and deployment to AI voice logic — making sure everything runs reliably, 24/7.
The result?
A voice bot that doesn't just automate calls -
it holds real conversations.
A system that businesses can rely on, not just demo.
And a product that feels human, not scripted.
