A 24/7 AI customer support agent that answers customers across three channels: Gmail, WhatsApp and a web support form.
It replies from the company’s knowledge base and escalates pricing, refund, legal or angry-customer cases to a human. Every customer, conversation and ticket is tracked in a PostgreSQL CRM, and on email and WhatsApp the agent remembers earlier messages from the same customer.
