Building a multi-tenant LMS for a client taught me the hard part isn't the courses — it's keeping tenants isolated while sharing one codebase.
Egregor V3 is FastAPI on the API and Vue 3 on the front. One platform, many orgs, clean boundaries. Mobile and an AI worker are on the roadmap; the core that ships today is boring in a good way.

Engineered a scalable multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace using Next.js and PostgreSQL, implementing multi-tenant architecture and dynamic role-based access for admins, vendors, and customers.
Integrated Stripe API to handle split-payment processing, checkout workflows, and multi-tier premium seller subscriptions.
Designed an asynchronous background job pipeline using Inngest to manage scheduled tasks, webhook events, and marketplace automated workflows.
Optimized asset delivery and state management by leveraging ImageKit for cloud image compression, Clerk for session authentication, and Vercel for high-availability serverless deployment.
VroomRent is a modern full-stack car rental platform built to streamline online vehicle discovery and booking.
The platform allows customers to browse available cars, select pickup locations and dates, and complete the booking process through an easy-to-use interface. A dedicated admin dashboard gives administrators control over vehicle inventory and customer bookings.
I developed the complete application using the MERN stack, implementing JWT authentication, REST APIs, MongoDB database integration, and ImageKit for optimized image storage and delivery.
This project demonstrates my ability to build scalable booking platforms, customer-facing interfaces, secure authentication systems, admin dashboards, database-driven applications, and complete full-stack web solutions.
Key Features:
• Car listings and availability browsing
• Pickup location and date selection
• Online booking workflow
• JWT-based authentication
• Admin dashboard
• Vehicle inventory management
• Booking management
• Image optimization with ImageKit
• REST API architecture
• Responsive user interface
One system for a collections agency's whole day: the accounts, the outreach, the payments and the paperwork. I designed and built it end to end.
What I designed:
• A visual workflow builder, a custom canvas built from scratch. Triggers, waits, branches, email, SMS, AI voice calls and collector tasks connect on one screen, so operations staff can change a follow-up sequence without a developer.
• A manager dashboard: the monthly collection goal, cleared and post-dated payments, team performance, plans at risk and review queues.
• A financial command center: a time-layered P&L from today through year to date.
• An e-sign tracker with a verification view for every document: tamper check, event timeline, signing forensics and a public verification link.
What runs behind it: 36 scheduled jobs handle the work nobody should do by hand, from sending campaigns and texts to warming up email domains, running payments and retrying declines, executing workflows every minute and keeping the AI dialer moving.
Stack: Next.js 14, Supabase and Postgres, AWS SES, Retell, Vercel cron. All screenshots use demo data.
