Beginner's Guide to the 7 Chakras | Canva Carousel Template
I created this fully customizable Canva carousel template for a yoga and wellness brand looking to share spiritual and educational content in a visually engaging way.
The challenge was to make ancient chakra teachings approachable for beginners while maintaining a calming, modern, and professional aesthetic. Through thoughtful typography, chakra symbolism, color psychology, and clean layouts, I designed a template that helps audiences learn, engage, and connect with wellness content.
This project demonstrates my ability to create scroll-stopping Instagram carousels for wellness, spirituality, mindfulness, and personal growth brands.
Turning the colors I notice around Lisbon into a series of posters, each inspired by a different photograph.
01 [Blue in Detail] started with the blue Portuguese tiles, exploring their intricate patterns, ceramic tones, and small details.
02 [Color on Repeat] explored the rhythm of blue and yellow tiles, using repetition as the starting point for the design.
I sampled colors from my photographs and used Canva Craft to explore layouts, typography, and graphic elements. Then I refined the designs by hand, adjusting the colors, spacing, and text.
I wanted to put Canva Craft to test with an idea I've been sitting with lately: the Observer Effect.
It's a concept that got me thinking about the relationship between observation and reality, and how our understanding of what we see can get a little philosophical (and existential) very quickly:)
I gave Craft two different directions to interpret the same idea.
A: The Cosmic Observer takes a human perspective against the scale of the universe.
B: The Universe Looking Back turns the gaze itself into the subject, blurring the line between the observer and the observed.
I wanted to see how Craft would translate something this abstract into a poster and how differently it would approach the brief.
