Automated LinkedIn Hiring Signal & AI Outbound Engine
Overview:
Designed and deployed an autonomous outbound lead generation system using n8n. The workflow captures hiring intent signals from LinkedIn, identifies relevant executive buyers, enriches verified contact data, and drafts contextualized sales copy through an integrated LLM.
Tech Stack:
n8n • Apify • SearchLeads API • OpenRouter (Nemotron LLM) • Google Sheets API • Telegram Bot API • JavaScript
Core Deliverables:
Automated Signal Scraping: Continuous monitoring of fresh job posts across target industries.
Granular Data Filtering: Exclusion logic for staffing agencies, company headcounts over 250, and unverified domains.
Multi-Source Enrichment: Automated discovery of decision-makers (C-Level, VP, Director) with validated work emails.
Context-Aware Email Generation: Custom prompting architecture that maps the open role's requirements directly into a tailored value proposition.
Data Synchronization & Alerts: Bi-directional sync with Google Sheets and real-time push alerts via Telegram.
Impact:
Replaces 10+ hours of weekly manual SDR prospecting with a continuous background process that delivers high-intent, enriched leads directly to the sales inbox.
An AI workflow that reads every incoming email, sorts it into 6 categories, and takes the right action automatically.
The problem: businesses lose time and leads because customer emails are mixed with promotions, job alerts, and security emails.
What I built:
Gmail Trigger that picks up each new email
AI Text Classifier (Google Gemini) with 6 categories: Security Alert, Promotions, Jobs, Personal, Payments, and Client Inquiries
Automatic Gmail labels for every category
Google Sheets log for jobs, leads, and payments
AI information extraction for client emails (name, phone, service, budget)
AI-written reply drafts for client emails, saved as drafts so a person approves every reply
Instant Discord alerts for security, payment, and client emails
Tools: n8n, Google Gemini, Gmail, Google Sheets, Discord
This project is a working demo built on my own inbox. The same system can be adapted to any business email, such as travel agencies, event venues, stores, recruiters, and consultants.
Love this stack Alona! React Bits + Lovable is such a powerful combo for rapid prototyping. No-code/low-code but still keeping that custom UIX feel - that's the sweet spot! Have to try this cool stuff indeed. Great share! 👍
For an AI support flow, I’d make the handoff point part of the demo: show what happens when the answer is uncertain or the customer asks for a person. Is that transition covered in the interaction?
