An immersive motion website for surrealist painter Johan Galué (winner of Venezuela's 65th Salón Arturo Michelena). Scroll-velocity-reactive animations bring cropped motifs from his paintings to life, floating across an editorial layout. Designed and built end to end. Stack: Next.js, GSAP, Lenis, Tailwind CSS.

He's a bulky, chrome-masked figure who is the mascot behind biggest underground raves known. If you couldn't already tell- neon and black are his favorite. Like the name says: you catch him, and you don't shake him.

All of the designs, videos, sticker and figurine were done inside Recraft using Exploration mode, GPT 2 and Seedance 2.
I did enjoy exploration mode because it helped me set the initial silhouette of him that I sketched out further after.

I'm so excited to share a little piece of my culture through my very first challenge.
Meet Macawi, a curious scarlet macaw born in the heart of the ancient Mayan city of Copan Ruinas, Honduras. He's an adventurous traveler on a mission to showcase the incredible beauty of his homeland, from the majestic ruins of Copán to the crystal-clear waters of Roatan, through lush tropical forests, and along the rich cultural landscapes of the Lenca Route.
Inspired by every destination he visits, Macawi brings the spirit of Honduras to life through a collection of apparel and designs that celebrate our heritage, nature, and traditions.
This is only the beginning of his journey.
