Built VolunteerShift, a new Agent-Native what-if planner for community event coverage. It assigns people to shifts by required skill, declared availability, and maximum workload. In the fictional sample, the plan starts at 5 of 6 positions covered; making Maya available for Set up yields 6 of 6. The inputs are temporary and this prototype does not send messages or claim to store production schedules. The duplicate gift is the real problem. If people can quietly mark "I'm getting this" without the list owner seeing it, that alone would sell it to my family. My pick would be budget, there's always one person who goes way over the limit everyone agreed on.
