What I actually track in a creator program (and why most brands track the wrong things):
Most brands watch: follower count, likes, reach
I track: engagement rate per post, comment sentiment, repeat post rate, content-to-sales attribution per creator, and which creators repost without being asked
The last one matters more than people think. A creator who reposts on their story without a reminder is a creator who actually believes in the product. Those are the ones worth keeping long-term.

Just published: Renewd — a subscription renewal tracker
Most people underestimate their subscription spending by more than double, and forgotten free trials quietly turn into charges they didn't plan for. Instead of building another budgeting app, I focused this project on one specific moment: catching a renewal before it charges, not after.
A few things I'm proud of in this case study:
A countdown that only appears within a genuine 48-hour urgency window, not manufactured pressure
Cancel/Keep actions built directly into the push notification, so acting on a renewal never requires opening the app
Trust-first account linking, where manual entry is offered as an equal option, not a fallback
This project was as much about scoping discipline as visual design, cutting budgeting, bill-splitting, and shared-subscription features to stay focused on the one problem that actually mattered.
