🚀 Built a WhatsApp AI Booking Automation with n8n
I recently built a WhatsApp booking workflow that connects YCloud, AI, and Google Calendar to automate the booking process from start to finish.
🔹 How it works:
• Receives incoming WhatsApp messages through YCloud
• Extracts and processes the customer's message
• Uses an AI/LLM to understand the request
• Determines whether the customer wants to make a booking
• Creates an event in Google Calendar
• Sends a booking confirmation back through WhatsApp
• Handles non-booking messages separately
The goal is simple: turn conversations into automated actions without requiring manual intervention at every step.

Our general process is:
- Understand the actual problem.
- Design the architecture.
- Build the smallest system that solves it.
- Make the important boundaries explicit.
- Try to break it.
- Document what survives.
- Leave good maps.
