No matter the medium, their identity remains unmistakable.
A conversation I had recently reminded me of a common belief many business owners have
"𝗔 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀."
It sounds reasonable, but it's one of the biggest misconceptions about having a website
The truth is:
A beautiful website may capture attention, but beauty alone doesn't convince people to buy
If your website doesn't clearly communicate what you do, load quickly, guide visitors to take action, and build trust, people will leave no matter how attractive it looks.
A website should do more than impress visitors.
It should answer questions, solve problems, and make it easy for someone to become your customer.
Good design gets people to stay,
A great user experience gets them to take action.
