What if a name could become a story?
I created “Names of Light”, a cinematic AI fashion film inspired by beautiful Muslim names and the meanings they carry.
From Maryam — Pious & Pure
to Noor — Light
Iman — Faith
Zahra — Radiant
and Amira — Princess…
Each name becomes a visual world of elegance, modest fashion, nature, light, and emotion. 🌿✨
This project was created to explore what happens when AI filmmaking meets fashion, cultural storytelling, music, and cinematic art direction.
My focus wasn't simply generating beautiful AI images.
It was about creating a complete visual experience ,consistent characters, cinematic environments, realistic movement, atmosphere, fashion direction, and storytelling that feels intentional.

What if the most valuable commodity of our time replaced the most valuable commodity of theirs?
Inspired by Ralph Earl’s portrait of Elijah Boardman, an 18th-century American textile merchant, I reimagined him as a contemporary Data Merchant.
The fabrics surrounding Boardman become server racks. His textile shop becomes a data center. The merchant remains — only the commodity has changed.
Built and explored in FLORA.

✨ For this challenge, I reimagined an Arts and Crafts cabinet from The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Open Access collection by bringing the painted figures on its surface to life.
🎨 What interested me most was the relationship between the painting and the cabinet as a physical object. Instead of simply animating the figures, I wanted their actions to affect the cabinet itself, allowing the painted world and the functional object to briefly interact before returning to its original state.
🌿 I explored and developed the concept in FLORA, creating multiple variations, testing timing, extending scenes, and building the final sequence through an iterative visual process.
🎙️ The project walkthrough voiceover was created with ElevenLabs, and the original music was generated with Suno.

🎬 Korean War — Documentary Editing Test
I created this short documentary-style edit as a creative test, using the provided narration and script as the foundation.
I wanted to go beyond simply placing images over a voiceover, so I built the sequence around motion graphics, animated maps, archival-style visuals, 2.5D parallax, camera movements, transitions, typography, and sound design.
The goal was to make the visuals constantly support the narration and keep the story moving without making the edit feel overloaded.
I created the visuals, animated the maps and images, added the transitions and effects, and designed the sound layers to give the piece more depth and tension.
This was a great exercise in combining AI-assisted visuals with documentary editing and motion design.
More experiments like this coming soon.
