A year ago, I focused mostly on design and layouts. Today, a website is just the front door to a much larger system. 2025 was the year Webflow became a "brain" through n8n and AI.
The biggest shifts I’ve noticed:
From Static to Dynamic: CMS items are no longer just manually typed; they are enriched by AI research in real-time.
From Lead Capture to Lead Intelligence: We aren't just collecting leads anymore; we are scoring and researching them instantly.
Looking into 2026: I think the focus will shift from "more features" to "more reliability." It’s easy to build an AI agent, but it can be hard to make it bulletproof. I’m excited to spend next year making these systems even more robust and personalized for my clients.
