The challenge is about choosing a real local business, improving its digital presence, and adding automation that helps the business work better — not just creating a pretty website.

For this project, I focused on creating a cleaner and more professional beauty brand experience. The new site includes a polished homepage, service sections, treatment details, before/after content, beauty-focused blogs, mobile-responsive design, and clear booking CTAs.
I also added automation to make the website more useful for the business:
• AI FAQ chatbot to answer questions about services, pricing process, treatments, booking, and aftercare
• Appointment inquiry flow to help visitors request a booking
• Lead capture automation to collect client details
• Admin dashboard to help the owner manage inquiries
• Blog-to-booking CTAs to turn educational content into potential appointments
The goal was to give JosBeauty a stronger online presence and a better way to turn visitors into real clients.
This is more than a redesign — it is a practical business tool built to improve trust, answer customer questions, capture leads, and support bookings.

Fresh Skincare | Premium Shopify Store Design & UX
Fresh Skincare wanted a website that reflected the purity and elegance of its products while creating a shopping experience customers could trust.
My role was to design a premium Shopify storefront that blended modern aesthetics with a seamless user experience.
I crafted a clean, luxurious interface with thoughtful layouts, refined typography, and a soft visual identity that communicates freshness and quality. Every page was designed to showcase the products beautifully while guiding customers effortlessly through the buying journey.
I also optimized the user experience with mobile responsive design, intuitive navigation, and strategic conversion focused elements to encourage higher engagement and more sales.

Readitloud | Shopify Bookstore Design & CRO
Readitloud needed an online bookstore that felt modern, immersive, and effortless to navigate. My role was to transform their vision into a Shopify experience that encouraged readers to explore, discover, and purchase with confidence.
Using Shopify, I designed a clean, conversion focused storefront with a strong visual hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and engaging product presentation. Every page was crafted to improve the browsing experience while making it easy for customers to find books, discover new collections, and complete their purchases.
Alongside the design, I implemented CRO strategies that reduced friction throughout the shopping journey, strengthened trust, and optimized the overall user experience across desktop and mobile.
