Since COVID (2020), many businesses have had their revenues affected, but possibly one of the most affected has been the restoration. Nacho (founder) realized that since COVID, tips in restaurants had fallen a lot, so he wanted to propose a solution. ‍ In our case, we developed a product that would make the experience very simple. Using a QR code (which, if its use has been extended during the pandemic), the customer selects the waiter who has served him, gives him a score and indicates that he wants to give him a tip. Using the Stripe® payment gateway, we make the payment. Both the restaurant and the employee (waiter) can control their tips digitally and all this without having to integrate a new ERP.
