⚽ The problem in one line: filling a match shouldn't take 40 WhatsApp messages.
🎯 Who this is for
Anna Salvatierra, 36, runs La Jaula on Av. Banzer, 6to anillo. Four arenas: paintball, gel blaster, fútbol 5, wally. Her business doesn't fail because nobody wants to play — it fails because the organizer of each group has to chase 14 friends, one by one, and 6 hours before kickoff still doesn't know if they're 8 or 16. Half-empty slots, last-minute cancellations, floodlights burning for nothing.
So I didn't build "a booking page". I built the thing that actually hurts: group quorum.
🔥 What it does
🔒 Lock first, fill later. The organizer grabs the slot in one tap. No payment, no roster, no friction. The slot is held.
🔗 The squad confirms itself. One shareable link. Each player taps their name in. A quorum ring fills in real time — AT RISK under 60%, SECURED over 60%, FULL at 100%. Anna stops being the group's secretary.
⏰ Automatic release at T-6h. If quorum never gets there, the system doesn't wait for a human. It warns the organizer, releases the slot, and offers it to the waitlist. Reassigned. That's a dead Tuesday night turned into Bs. 1,200.
💡 The floodlight rule. Night slots (19:00+) need 10+ players or they don't open — and they add Bs. 150 of lighting. The system enforces it so Anna never has to say no on the phone.
🛰️ An aerial map, not a form. The homepage is a live drone view of the complex. Each arena glows with its real state: who's playing, who's at risk, what the next free slot is. Anna looks at it once and knows her whole night.

I designed UGC Lab, a modern platform that connects creators and brands.

Independently architected, built, and deployed a live multi-tenant SaaS platform end-to-end — schema through production — for churches to manage communities, sermons, and events.
• Designed 3-tier role-based access control (Super Admin, Church Admin, Member) secured via JWT and Spring Security
• Built 9 REST API modules spanning 12+ relational entities (auth, churches, sermons, events, posts, follows, prayer wall, notifications, feed), enforcing referential integrity via cascading deletes
• Built a personalized social feed-ranking algorithm aggregating content from followed churches, plus a debounced live-search/discovery layer
• Built an event-driven notification system firing across 4 distinct activity types
• Independently deployed to production — Railway (Spring Boot + MySQL) and Vercel (Angular) — with environment-based config and CORS hardening for a live, active multi-tenant user base
