Most websites fail Google's Core Web Vitals on mobile. Not "could be better"—actually fail.
I checked 22 random small business sites yesterday. 17 failed. These businesses are paying for SEO, running ads, posting on social media... and losing visitors because their site takes 6 seconds to load.
The frustrating part? Most speed issues are fixable in a few days. Image compression, caching, render-blocking scripts—not rocket science, just needs doing properly.
