That was the question a client asked me.
After a quick audit, the answer was obvious:
Google wasn't indexing most of their website.
The issue wasn't content. It wasn't backlinks.
It was a technical SEO problem that left more than 1,250 pages practically invisible in search.
Once we fixed the underlying issues, those pages finally had the chance to rank.
It's a reminder that sometimes the biggest SEO wins come from fixing what's already there not creating more.
