I recently designed a full site for Perform Search, a modern executive search firm that does things differently. Instead of relying on slow, outdated recruiting methods, they tap into a connected network of rising leaders and industry shapers they already know. I designed a site that highlights their model, showcases the strength of their client partnerships, and positions them as the go to team for companies looking to hire top tier talent. This project was all about clarity, confidence, and building a visual story that matches the quality of the executives they place. Client is happy, client's clients are happy :P
