Working with AI isn’t about efficiency — it’s about perspective.
The real skill today isn’t using the tools, it’s knowing what to ask them for — and what only humans can do.
AI can simulate language, but it can’t recognise meaning. It can map structure, but it can’t decide what matters.
• What thinking do you outsource — because you’re avoiding it? • What thinking do you keep — because it shapes identity? • Which problems need speed? • Which problems need depth? • What would you create if AI handled the repetition, and your attention went fully into direction and decision?
AI doesn’t replace the human — it exposes the parts of yourself you haven’t used.
The ones who win are the ones who: understand context, ask better questions, and know when to let tools accelerate — and when to slow down and feel.
