Riley - Custom Feedback Collection Voice Assistant
Riley is a voice AI I built for QualityControl Corp to collect customer feedback through natural, unbiased conversations. It’s designed to sound professional, approachable, and genuinely attentive while maintaining research-level accuracy.
Built on OpenAI’s GPT-4o Mini Cluster and integrated with Vapi and Deepgram, Riley manages real-time speech recognition, transcription, and adaptive questioning.
With an average latency of around 390 ms and a cost of about $0.09 per minute, it delivers consistent performance for voice-based surveys and market research.
This project demonstrates how conversational AI can make data collection more efficient, reliable, and human.
