The day the prompt was released, I was on a flight back from a girls’ trip that ended in disorganisation and miscommunication. Different travel and communication styles resulted in confusion, poor planning and zero actual decisions.
And I thought, what if I used this opportunity to create a tool that solves this problem? Together with my friend Asmita, we brainstormed and came up with an idea.
Enter GetAway.
The Solution
GetAway turns painful group planning into a simple, streamlined process.
Three core features:
Swipe voting - think Tinder, but for quick decisions to see where your group’s tastes actually align
Itinerary Generation - transforms your messy notes, group chat texts into a seamless schedule with two views, a structured timeline and a scrapbook map.
Community Feed - a space for you to get inspired by everyday travellers, where there are no sponsored ads or influencers.

The Figma Make file is a prototype with dummy content, free to explore the MVP and the interactions designed. To see how the generate itinerary feature works, I have created 3 trigger cities (London, Barcelona and New York), typing any of these three in will produce a preset itinerary.

The problem. AI can now create almost anything, and for designers that's not abstract. The fear is that taste, judgment, the human "tell" in a piece of work no longer counts for anything. So instead of arguing about it, we made a game out of it.
The idea. Everyone gets the same prompt ("give beige a personality," "what keeps you up at 3am"), the same fixed kit of pieces, and 30 seconds. So does an AI. Every tile lands on a gallery wall, and players vote: which one is the bot? Then comes the reveal: who fooled you, and who you fooled. The constraint is the whole point. When everyone has identical pieces, the only thing separating the tiles is taste, wit, and choice, the human stuff. Right now the bot fools 72% of players, and every round feeds that number: a live, accumulating measure of where human judgment still holds the line.
The build & workflow. Designed and built end to end in the Figma ecosystem: the editor, the real-time multiplayer rounds (MAKE, VOTE, REVEAL), and the MUSEUM of every player-made tile. The asset kits (risograph, torn paper, duct tape, liquid metal, and more) were generated with Weavy.ai.
It's recursive by design: a game about spotting machine-made art, built with the machine's own creative tools. The medium is the argument.

Memento - OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder) App
I built Memento for the #ConfigMakeathon using #FigmaMake, #FigmaMCP, and #Cursor.
The problem I wanted to solve : Millions of people worldwide live with OCD and anxiety and as someone touched by it, I know the struggle daily. Checking things (like closing windows or turning off lights) causes intense stress and repetitive doubts. Most tools don't help your brain remember the action, so I wanted to make the experience feel mindful, visual, and safe.
In Memento, you cannot just tap to complete a task. You must press and hold for 3 seconds. This UX choice forces mindfulness and anchors your brain to the action.
The project includes:
- 3-Second Verification: Press and hold to anchor your brain and remember the action.
- Meditation & Shortcuts: Quick access to "SOS Calm" to reduce anxiety instantly.
- My Victories: A dedicated space to track your success and feel safe.
- Visual & Audio Proof: Live photo and instant voice recording for peace of mind.
- Calming Visual Design: A clean, high-contrast palette with soft greys and dark green to banish stressful colors (like red) and minimize anxiety.
The goal was to keep the interface clean and focused, while adding just enough feedback to make the user feel completely safe and calm.

I joined the Config Makeathon.
Our challenge was to design and build something that makes a difference, to use Figma's new tools and test them out.
I built Trail Scope - a community-powered, mobile-first web app that lets outdoor enthusiasts in Puerto Rico check and report trail conditions in seconds — no group chat required. It took a week o design and develop this app using Figma + Figma Make.
Overview
Problem statement: Outdoor enthusiasts in Puerto Rico — trail builders, mountain bikers, hikers, and runners — have no centralized way to know the current conditions of our local trails. Unpredictable tropical weather forces community members to contact multiple social media groups to get a trail status update which may take hours or days. This uncertainty leads to plans being changed or canceled last minute, and in more serious cases, exposes users to hazardous or impassable trail conditions.
Opportunity: By creating a community-powered, mobile-first trail condition reporting app, Trail Scope can become the single source of truth for trail status in Puerto Rico — with the foundation to scale globally. Reducing friction in getting and sharing real-time trail information increases safety, improves the outdoor experience, and strengthens the local trail community.
Users & audience
Primary persona — the active outdoor enthusiast Mountain bikers, hikers, trail runners, and trail builders based in Puerto Rico. They are mobile-first, active on social media, and currently rely on WhatsApp groups or Facebook to get trail updates. Their biggest pain points are uncertainty before heading out and wasted trips due to poor conditions.
Secondary persona — the trail steward Trail builders and maintainers who want to alert the community about hazards, closures, or recent work done on a trail. They are proactive contributors who care about trail safety and community trust.

Trail Scope is a genuinely useful idea. The problem you're solving is real, hikers getting stuck with outdated info from scattered WhatsApp groups is a safety issue, not just an inconvenience. The nature illustration style fits the outdoor context really well too.
