I have been working on this challenge & unfortunately I exhausted my free credits on my free plan. It was mentioned in the guidelines that we could claim upto $35 in credits. I have received a code via email but I am not able to redeem it. Someone from the team please help me!!

Hey Khushi! The code redeems only on the Creator plan or Business plan. Please refer to the guidelines for more info!
That wasn't very clear in the guidelines earlier. I feel that this is a very unfair part in the challenge, wherein I am trying a product and building for them.
