Redesigned the digital experience for Best Auto Refinance, an AI-powered auto loan refinancing platform that helps borrowers find better rates through a conversational AI advisor instead of traditional lead-generation forms.
The goal was to transform an outdated website into a modern, trustworthy fintech experience focused on simplicity, transparency, and conversion. The redesign centered around "Alex," an AI refinance advisor that guides users through the refinancing process and matches them with the most suitable lender.
