Pie Dari Ibu used to take orders through an Instagram linktree: back-and-forth DMs for quantity, pickup time, payment.
Built an MVP ordering site instead, for aunties and foreigners alike. Drop-off down ~90%, checkout takes 2-3 minutes. Live order tracking, email and WhatsApp notifications, and an admin dashboard that runs products, promos, inventory, and sales like Shopify.
Day one: ~$65-70 collected.
