Websites That Convert and Rank | Muhammad Ayaz Khan, SEOBASH.CO
Most websites look good. Very few bring in clients.
I’m Muhammad Ayaz Khan, a UI/UX Designer and SEO Specialist, and the founder of SEOBASH.CO.
I design websites in Figma, build them in Framer, and set them up to rank on Google, so your site doesn’t just sit there. It brings in leads.
What I do:
→ UI/UX design for websites and landing pages
→ Framer development
→ SEO that helps you show up when people search
→ UGC AI ADS
If your website isn’t converting visitors into clients, let’s fix that. Send me a message and let’s build yours.

New project: a film-first website for Portugal Media Productions, an award-winning film and photography team whose work includes David Beckham for Haig Club. Built in Framer on our Nova Quinn template, with headlines over full-screen footage, a moving client logo strip, and a site the team now edits on their own.
The full case study is on my profile.
Build with Framer?
Bad website UX is the invisible tax on your marketing budget.
If your site is confusing, slow, or outdated, you are actively paying to drive customers straight to your competitors.
Invest in design. Frictionless journeys = effortless growth.
Need a website that looks good, is easy to use, and actually explains your product well? That’s what I do.

Got a project in mind? Let’s work together!
A useful way to prioritise the fixes is to separate page views, CTA clicks and completed actions. If people click through but never finish the form or checkout, the first screen may not be the main problem. Pairing those signals with a manual mobile test gives the redesign a clearer starting point.
This one is for the design lovers!
Have you ever imagined exploring the history of the Bauhaus through an interactive experience?
That’s exactly what inspired me to create Who Closed the Bauhaus? An independent editorial project exploring the story of one of the most influential design schools of the 20th century, the political forces that led to its closure, and the lasting impact of its legacy.

The entire project was built with AI, from the first sketch to the final product.
I used Claude throughout the process, from research and early concepts to development, iterations, refinements, and deployment on Vercel. I also used ChatGPT and Gemini to cross-check historical information and help validate the research.
This wasn’t a one-prompt experiment. It was nearly a full week of hands-on work: researching, writing, structuring the content, refining the visual language, building interactive filters and a timeline, selecting and refining imagery, testing, and polishing every detail.
I also worked on accessibility, SEO, performance, metadata, responsive layouts, and bilingual support in English and Portuguese — all the way through deployment and Google Search Console setup.
One of the biggest challenges was finding the right balance between meaningful historical content and interactive moments, creating an experience that feels fluid and engaging without losing accuracy.
Now I’d love for you to explore it!
Click around, scroll through the timeline, interact with the different sections, and have fun discovering the story. And if you’re into design, history, AI-assisted workflows, or creative coding, I’d love to hear what you think.
Feedback, ideas, and questions are very welcome!
Great experience 🎉🎉
