How are you guys actually finding Dev work here?
I’ve managed to get my Discovery Score to 102, joined Contra Labs, and really put time into my case studies.
But honestly? The job feed feels like a design playground. As a Full-Stack Engineer, I’m seeing 10 design/branding gigs for every 1 actual engineering post.
