I built PowerPlan, an AI-powered adaptive daily planner designed for people whose productivity is affected by unreliable electricity and internet connectivity.
Users can describe tasks in natural language, and PowerPlan uses AI to generate task details, including priorities, deadlines, estimated durations, and required resources. It then creates a daily schedule around their working hours and task requirements.
What makes PowerPlan different is its ability to adapt when conditions change. If electricity or internet becomes unavailable, users can update their current conditions and ask PowerPlan to replan their day. It identifies tasks that can still be completed under those conditions and adjusts the schedule accordingly.
I built PowerPlan because traditional planners assume that people have consistent access to the resources they need to work. In places where power outages and unreliable internet are part of everyday life, a schedule can quickly become impractical. I wanted to build something that responds to these real-world constraints rather than simply organizing tasks.
My goal is to help people make better use of the time and resources available to them, stay productive when circumstances change, and spend less time manually reorganizing their day.

Built entirely on Base44: entities with owner-only security, 27 backend functions, Google Calendar and Gmail connectors so each user connects their own account, InvokeLLM for the notes, and an hourly workflow for the heads-up and welcome-back emails. I tested it on my own calendar: the meetings moved, the notes landed, and undo put everything back.
The design is a "Signal Room": one glowing red cord on an LED wall. It works on your phone, one-handed, from bed.
