The brief: Turn an audio script about metacognition (thinking about thinking) into a short visual reel that explains the idea clearly and keeps viewers watching.

What I did: Edited the visuals to match the voiceover's pacing, built animated text and motion graphics in After Effects, and added sound design for a clean, engaging flow.

Tools: After Effects, Premiere Pro.

Result: A short-form explainer reel ready for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.

A high-retention VSL-style sales video created for an AI automation agency, combining talking-head footage, direct-response storytelling, motion graphics, kinetic typography, B-roll, visual effects, and strategic pacing.

The goal was to turn a long-form sales script into a dynamic video that keeps viewers engaged while clearly communicating the business opportunity, pain points, offer, proof, and CTA.

I structured the edit around the script’s key beats, using visual changes and motion to maintain attention throughout the video. Talking-head sections are supported with relevant B-roll, animated text, graphics, screen-style visuals, transitions, and emphasis effects to reinforce important points rather than simply decorating the footage.
