I built an automated workflow to extract data from PDF documents, clean and structure it, and turn it into a ready-to-use spreadsheet.
The goal was to eliminate repetitive manual data entry and make the information easier to use for reporting and other processes.
The workflow uses Google Apps Script and Google Sheets to handle the extraction, transformation, and structured output.
