I filtered by price, proximity, and specialization looking specifically for facilities that mentioned anxiety-friendly environments or small group setting then narrowed it down to three options, checked their websites, confirmed their daily rates, noted their drop-off and pick-up times, and even looked up whether they required vaccination records because I knew my client would ask.

Within 45 minutes, I sent a neatly organized summary:

"Hi! Here are 3 dog daycare options near downtown Austin for Rooney. I've included the daily rate, hours, what past reviewers said about anxious dogs, and the vaccination documents they'll need.
