I managed day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple properties, coordinating up to 15 cleaners and tracking between 5–18 cleaning assignments concurrently.

One of the challenges I encountered was the lack of centralized operational information. Host preferences, property-specific instructions, cleaning requirements, and important updates were scattered across Google Chat conversations. As a newly hired VA, I experienced firsthand how difficult it was to obtain the full context needed to handle each property, particularly during duty transitions.

To address this, I developed an internal Operations Guide that consolidated essential property information, host requirements, operational procedures, and reference materials into a structured resource for the team.

I also created spreadsheet-based tracking workflows to monitor cleaning assignments, pre-cleaning preparation, supply readiness, post-cleaning verification, and job completion.

My work focused on improving operational visibility, simplifying information access, and making daily processes easier to follow and transfer between team members.
