📲 A mobile app doesn’t need more features. It needs a clearer core loop. A lot of MVPs fail because they try to solve 10 problems at once. Before I build a React Native product, I usually ask: • What is the one action users should repeat? • What value do they get immediately? • What makes them come back tomorrow? • What can be removed from version 1? • What can wait until real users ask for it? If the core loop is weak, adding more screens won’t save the product. If the core loop is strong, even a simple MVP can generate useful feedback fast. Build the habit first. Add the extras later. 🚀

Sometimes the biggest wins come from removing friction: • fewer onboarding steps • better loading states • clearer empty states • faster perceived response • better error messages • fewer taps to complete the main action • smarter caching • preloading the next screen Users don’t care whether the app is technically elegant. They care whether it feels fast, clear, and predictable. That’s why I usually look at UX + performance together, not as separate problems. A technically fast app can still feel slow. A well-designed app can feel instant even when work is happening in the background. 📱
