I created this AI support automation concept to show how a business can respond to customers faster without managing every message manually.
The workflow answers common customer questions, collects the right details, creates support tickets, sets priority, and notifies the team when human help is needed. It keeps support organized and helps customers get quick, clear replies.
My goal with this project was to make customer support feel smoother for both the business and the customer by reducing repetitive work and improving response time.

Project Title: YEAR 3001 — Bitcoin Still Cries
This project explores a future where humanity achieved technological immortality but lost emotional connection. I used AI-generated cinematic visuals, emotional sci-fi storytelling, sound atmosphere, and symbolic Bitcoin imagery to represent loneliness, greed, and the emotional collapse of future society.
Due to limited generation credits, I focused on creating a short cinematic trailer instead of a full-length film. The goal was to maximize emotional impact, visual quality, and storytelling within a limited runtime.
