Wholesale Growth & Buyer Discovery Platform
I designed and built a full-stack wholesale growth platform that helps brands discover suitable retailers, identify buyer contacts, assess commercial fit and manage outreach through a structured sales pipeline.
The platform combines boutique discovery, brand-to-retailer matching, buyer contact research, AI-assisted fit scoring, promotional outreach, follow-up tracking, deal-pipeline management and controlled CSV/CRM exports.
I led the product concept, workflow design, system architecture, frontend, backend, database, testing and deployment.

London Home Removals: Building a Full Operations Platform for VSD Synergy Limited
A London-based home removals company wanted to move beyond phone calls, spreadsheets, and manual job allocation.
Their goal was to digitise the entire booking process—from customer quotations to driver assignment—while giving both customers and staff a much smoother experience.
I built a complete operations platform that manages bookings, pricing, driver workflows, and business administration from one system.
The Challenge
The business was growing, but many of its day-to-day operations were still handled manually.
Customers had to make enquiries before receiving accurate pricing.
Estimating the correct van size depended on staff experience.
Driver allocation required constant back-and-forth communication.
Pricing updates and discounts were difficult to manage centrally.
The business lacked a single place to oversee daily operations.
The objective wasn't simply to build another booking website.
It was to build an operating system that could run the business more efficiently.
What I Built
Smart Booking Engine
Developed a complete online booking workflow that allows customers to book removals in just a few steps.
Customers can:
Select pickup and drop-off locations
Choose their preferred moving date and time
Select the required van type
Enter details about the items being moved
Pay securely online
Receive an automatic booking confirmation and receipt via email
The result is a booking process that works without requiring staff intervention.
Intelligent Van Size Calculator
Built a custom removal calculator that helps customers determine the correct vehicle before booking.
Users simply select the furniture and household items they plan to move, and the system recommends the most suitable van based on the estimated load.
This reduces booking mistakes while improving pricing accuracy.
Driver Dashboard
Created a dedicated portal for drivers.
Each driver can:
Securely log in
View available jobs
Review collection and delivery details
Request jobs they wish to complete
Track assigned work
This removes the need for constant phone calls between drivers and dispatch.
Admin Dashboard
Designed a central management dashboard giving the business owner complete control over daily operations.
From one place, administrators can:
Manage bookings
Allocate jobs to drivers
Approve or reject driver requests
Configure pricing
Create promotional discounts
Monitor business activity
The platform gives management full visibility over every booking from enquiry to completion.
