Gave Claude a feature list and a Mapbox key. Never gave it a design. Never touched the UI myself. 36 screens later, this is what you get. It works. GPS tracking, offline maps, GPX export, elevation charts, and the maps even fall back to OpenStreetMap when there's no token. Everything I asked for. Nobody would download it. That's the whole lesson: AI will build exactly what you specify, and say nothing about what you forgot to specify. Design was what I forgot.
