So I teamed up with a co-founder and we built timeknot.app to fix it.

What changed: - Invoicing dropped from days to 15 minutes - Paying my team stopped being a chase - I started pricing better because I finally know how long things actually take - TimeKnot AI plans my week and handles the boring stuff

We're obsessed with three things; simplicity, aesthetics, and functionality. Most tools chase features and sacrifice all three. We keep the list lean on purpose.
