TITLE:
The Corner Shop — A Mitti Films Production.
DESCRIPTION:
"The Corner Shop" is a 94 second cinematic short film built entirely on Melius in one day. A South Asian immigrant named Anwar runs a corner chai shop in Brooklyn. A Starbucks opens across the street. A skeptical young man named Julian discovers the chai. "It is chai, beta." Some things don't need to change. Built using GPT Image 2, Seedance 2.0, Veo 3.1, Grok Imagine Video, Kling 3.0. 7 scenes. 1 story. $50 in credits.
Creative Director ~ Ramcharantej.
Production ~ Melius AI.
PROCESS STEPS:
-Ideated concept and niche strategy
-Built full screenplay using Melius agent
-Created visual bible and context node
-Generated 8 reference images scene by scene
-Generated hook video using Veo 3.1
-Generated 7 scene videos using Seedance, Grok, and Veo strategically per scene
-Added scene specific context per node
-Used Mel agent to connect all nodes, enhance prompts and select models
-Built intro card and outro credit roll
-Added Suno AI background score
-Ducked audio at key dialogue moment
-Stitched and exported final 94 second film
FEEDBACK:
The canvas workflow is revolutionary for creative production. Briefing agents visually node by node changed how I think about AI filmmaking entirely. The agent reviewed my entire canvas, connected nodes for consistency, enhanced every prompt, and selected cheaper models for simple scenes to stay within token budget without me asking. Every enhancement created a new variant under the same node. No fear of losing what worked. No anxiety about experimenting boldly. The most powerful moment I just told a story. "A chai shop. A Starbucks. It is chai, beta." And Melius turned it into a 94 second cinematic film. This isn't vibe coding. This is vibe directing. You bring the story. Melius brings everything else.

Who needs an invitation when you have a little imagination and a lot of fantasy?
That's how I got to the CapCut World LA event at the Audrey Irmas Pavilion. The trip was... intense! 🦄
This is my entry for the new Contra × CapCut challenge.
My workflow:
① I created the character sheet and the prop sheet for the mushroom, as well as the location sheets for a nature landscape and the Audrey Irmas Pavilion.
② I created still shots using my internal AI image generation tool.
③ I created trippy 2D/3D animated images to use as the opening frames of the videos.
④ I imported all the images into the CapCut Video Studio and used the CapCut AI to animate them.
⑤ I created the music in ElevenLabs/ElevenMusic.
⑥ I edited the videos using DaVinci Resolve.
From Pharaoh Cafe to Hollywood - My LA Dream!
This is the full 60s journey of Mazen in white galabiya - from getting lost in Giza desert, sucked into sand vortex, falling into Pharaoh Cafe where Anubis is waiter, his chair transforms into balloon and flies him to LA to dance with palm trees and DTLA skyline behind! All made in CapCut Video Studio, character locked, 6 scenes.

AI video is not about pressing generate.
It’s about controlling the direction before anything moves.
This short beauty concept was built from:
• one veeeeeeeery detailed prompt
• 8 reference frames
• basic editing and polish in Photoshop and After Effects
The interesting part for me is not that AI can make a video.
It’s that you can start directing it with a clear visual system:
• same color language,
• same model mood,
• same product world,
• same campaign feeling across stills and motion.
That’s where AI gets useful for brands.
Not as a random generator, but as a way to prototype campaign ideas faster, test visual directions earlier and turn static concepts into motion without a full production setup.
Tools:
• Magnific (Nano Banana 2 + Seedance 2.0)
• Adobe (Photoshop + After Effect)
